However, it is a good idea to always ask if the cleaning service is bonded and insured. This protects your home/office and property from theft or damages. The cleaning company can easily produce evidence of insurance at your request.

Each cleaning service company should leave you with a checklist of services to be completed on an ongoing basis so that you know exactly what is included in your cleaning services.  This makes it easier to evaluate the different quotes - you should compare apples to apples.

Be sure to ask the cleaning service which tasks will be performed with each cleaning service, or if some tasks will be done only once or twice per month. Don't be afraid to ask for references!! You could save yourself a few headaches by simply checking to see that their customers are providing good service.
